Hotel is in a good location, close to Atocha train station, opposite Prado Museum and within walking distance of Museo Thyssen & Museo Reina Sofia. There are a lot of restaurants nearby as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Internet was very weak though.

Regarding the connection issue, due to our proximity to the Ministry of Health we have some inhibitors for security reasons so our connection is usually slow.
